Frida Nemirovsky, founder of the Sound of Music School, is a classically trained piano pedagogue and music theorist. She earned her M.M. in Piano Pedagogy and Theory, as well as a B.A. in Choir Conducting, in the former U.S.S.R.
With over forty years of experience, Frida's teaching style blends the Russian Pianistic School with a modern American approach that caters to individual needs. In addition, her thirty years of experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children have shaped a patient, warm, and nurturing practice that fosters an inspiring learning environment.
“Both of my children have been attending Frida’s piano classes for more than 4 years and love it.”
